Great dealership to work with. I messaged through Auto Trader and got a call from Billy within a half hour. My questions were answered and an appointment was made for the following afternoon where Kwan me Trader and got a call from Billy within a half hour. My questions were answered and an appointment was made for the following afternoon where Kwan met by Gary. The truck was exactly as described and no pushy pitch. The truck sold itself at a very fair price. I did have a concern or two about the truck I was purchasing. On an old school hand shake, they said they would make it right before delivery. ...And, they did! Way beyond our expectations. Well worth our hour drive!! Thank you all. More

Family Ford is an appropriate name. I felt like family there. My salesman was very nice and patient and not pushy at all. I've dealt with car salesman who clearly want to sell me the most expensive car there. My salesman was very nice and patient and not pushy at all. They were very informative and open to negotiation but it wasn't really needed. I like their low-pressure approach and were clearly in helping me and took my interests seriously.
