Great service department, Agnes listened to my concerns and listed them on the repair order. The technician Pat Dewey call me while he was road testing the truck to ask about the concerns I was having. He and listed them on the repair order. We were recommended this dealership by one DSP. Melinda was helpful at first a she was presented as someone who’s knowledgeable about Amazon fleet mechanic program. Afterwards, we sent another van on what seems to be an easy fix. The dealership and Amazon did not come to an agreement on the invoice amount and instead of finding a compromise, she kept complaining and was rude and unprofessional when I requested an update through our created group text in what’s up. I am very unsatisfied with her customer service and her inability to resolve a simple issue! She was jeopardizing this relationship and the dealership’s credibility for just a few hundreds dollars.
