Going beyond expectations I felt I was getting a very good deal on the used Volvo since it had priced well below the expected sales price. I pointed out a couple of issues I w I felt I was getting a very good deal on the used Volvo since it had priced well below the expected sales price. I pointed out a couple of issues I wanted to be fixed; some of which they were going to take care of - namely another key. They agreed to do this even though a Volvo key was going to be pretty expensive ($300+). When I came to pick up the car and close the financing, I found out that they had also put on two brand new Michelin tires, performed an oil change, installed a new emblem on the front grill, and fixed the molding on the windshield, in addition to getting a new key. I really felt that they had gone far beyond what I would have expected. I certainly would recommend this dealership. More

Amazing Experience! This was my first time purchasing a used car so I was a bit learry about the whole thing. I found the vehicle I was looking for on the website, called the dealership and spoke with Brian Jackson. He answered all my questions and we scheduled a test drive. Brian was amazing to work with. He was no- pressuring, patient with all my questions, showed me all previous information on the vehicle and explained the entire purchasing process with me. I agreed to pick up the vehicle the following week. Brian and I were in regular contact through text messaging if I had any additional questions. He responded immediately. When I picked up the vehicle, all the promised work to be done was completed and the car was as clean as a whistle. This dealership was a drive from where I live but I would DEFINITELY go back for another used vehicle in the future. mostly because Brian helped make the whole process easy, painless and he's just a really nice, down to earth guy. The day I picked it up, everything was exactly as he promised. Being my first experience buying a car, he made it very easy.
