" Best Service You Can Find " During the day on 4/19/18 my suv started acting up, battery light came on everything on dashboard shut off but it was still running so I parked it and During the day on 4/19/18 my suv started acting up, battery light came on everything on dashboard shut off but it was still running so I parked it and called falleti's. I talked to Matt telling him what was going on so he told me to bring it down. keep in mind this was 3:45pm .we got it there and he had to jump it to get the windows up. Said he would check it out and let me know . About 20 mins later he called me and said the alternator was bad , gave me a couple part options. I told him to do the work and asked if it would done by end of tomorrow. He said he would get started. About 4:40 I got another call it was done.. Matt stayed after 5 so I could pick it you . Now I'm not sure about you but I cant say I have dropped off a car not even knowing whats wrong and get it back fixed in an hr or so.. I bought the car there and would never go anywhere else for the service. A great dealership from the owners on down. Service is everything these days and not many people can deliver but these guys can.. would recommend to anyone ... Thanks again Matt More
