A few weeks ago I had called into Falleti Motors to inquire about a Ford Edge that had peaked my interest. Unfortunately by the time I saw the deal, the vehicle had been sold. Frank Falleti went to great lengths - way beyond what would be expected - to make this an enjoyably and trouble-free experience, including getting my old vehicle (which was not drivable) back to the dealership and sending a car to pick me up so that I could get to work. This was all before I even made the purchase by the way! I was up against the clock to get a new vehicle and these folks expedited everything and had me on the road in less than a day. For anyone who wants to deal with folks that really care about their customer and not just the sale I can not recommend Falletti Motors enough - they are truly exceptional and I want to thank them for the way they have treated me over the years. I might add that I have never had a problem with any vehicle I've purchased from them so I have to assume that they also do a wonderful job of selecting and prepping the vehicles they offer for sale.
