During the entire process he kept her informed as to the progress and what he looked at and why he didn't recommend it. As they have always done before, Falletis went beyond expectations and made th entire buying experience enjoyable. They have also taken care of all of my service work on my families vehicles-daunting with 2 college kids! Kevin has always been very accommodating and flexible when work needed to be done, whether it was routine or an emergency.
