Every other sales person had to keep getting up to speak with their manager who would in turn step in to add pressure to the sale. We went to Falleti's and were treated like a friend. All of our questions has straightforward answers. Frank did an awesome amazing, NO PRESSURE, job in putting us an KEEPING us in our total overall comfort zone. I went there because several friends and family members recommend them when they found out we were looking for a great, affordable used car and we will DEFINITELY continue to pass along a glowing recommendation!!!!
