Problem solved with the push of a button. I had a problem with the electric windows on my 2015 Outback. I called for an appointment and Dan said to bring it right in. When I arrived, Angela m I had a problem with the electric windows on my 2015 Outback. I called for an appointment and Dan said to bring it right in. When I arrived, Angela met me, listened to my explanation, and fixed the problem with the push of a button. The child-proof lock had accidentally been engaged so the passenger windows wouldn't operate. Us old guys just have to keep up with all the safety issues. Also of note: Since I rotate my own tires, I was aware when some of the lug nuts were difficult to put back on. After 104K miles, the plating on the inside of some nuts began to flake off (that was due to 16 on/off cycles). So if your tire man mentions it, get new lug nuts. A small price to pay for keeping the studs in good shape. This car will definitely go 300K miles with the good care I get at Fairway Subaru in Greenville, SC. More
