Courteous, quick, prepared, great I arrived and the service rep greeted me. I can’t remember his name but he is from FL, as my husband and I are. Quickly and courteously explained what I arrived and the service rep greeted me. I can’t remember his name but he is from FL, as my husband and I are. Quickly and courteously explained what he was doing and offered me water. Told me I could wait in the lounge area and it would only take 30-45minutes. I told him I would be leaving the dealership briefly so he took my number to call when the service was completed. He called well within the 30 minutes. When I returned he greeted me and explained what was done and took care of paperwork and gave me my keys. The car was waiting outside of the service dept. great experience. I like the renovation. This is my first visit since it was completed. More
Bad service Bought my 2018 wrx used certified by fairway had already after market suspension and they still had it certified also bought extended warranty. Last month took my car because was doing a noise when I will turn right and service agent drove the car and heard the noise told me he was going to call me back to see if the warranty was going to cover the struts. Service agent call me next day left voice message telling me that warranty was going to cover drop the car over was in fairway service for a whole week. 1 week later I get a call that my car was ready I also left it to get a oil change when I pick my car up I noticed that the car was still making the same noise was told to call on Monday I did and was told that the warranty will not cover because it had after market suspension something that the service department already knew because they certified this car before being sold and offer extended warranty is been 3 week and still no call back from the warranty manager. Every time I call they transfer my call to different departments and end up leaving my name and number to call back since April 26 More
