I have used this dealership for my last 3 cars. They are so friendly and the sales people know their stuff. I also use their services and they get me in fast and out. I do believe they believe in their products, and I can tell you I do too. Some truck rear ended us and my car flew into the median and the car never flipped, we suffered no major injuries, but because of the impact the car was totaled. Oh, a great feature its great on gas! This was an outstanding purchase and shopping process from start to finish. Costco determined our price and we can not say enough about the service and no pressure approach with Nicholas. Of course, I am very pleased with my Subaru Crosstrek Premium. My experience with Bailey, my salesman, was sketchy. He was not good at follow through. I was not sent a copy of the $500 deposit for a coup Premium. My experience with Bailey, my salesman, was sketchy. He was not good at follow through. I was not sent a copy of the $500 deposit for a couple o days which made me wonder who had the money..I had to pursue it. When the sale was agreed to and delivered to my home for $24,000 which the invoice showed, I wrote a check for the amount of the invoice. Two days later I realized Fairway had $24,500 of my money because the deposit was not included in the invoice. When I pointed this out to Bailey, he laid it on me that I should’ve paid 23,500. I paid with the invoice stated. Bailey should have written the invoice for $23,500 as that was his job instead of laying it at my feet. I attempted to reach him for a day and a half with no response. I had no choice but to contact the general manager, Gavin. it was at that point that my money, the $500 was returned to my credit card and a photograph sent to me of that return. Bailey, it strikes me, is a sales man who is interested in making the sale, but does not put the customer first. I would hate to think it is because he was dealing with a woman. It was Gavin who made the sale right for me. I appreciate that. More
I keep returning for service on my Outback. They are courteous and professional, I generally don’t feel aggressively “upsold” (though I know all SD have to do this), and they usually get the service/rep courteous and professional, I generally don’t feel aggressively “upsold” (though I know all SD have to do this), and they usually get the service/repairs completed in a timely manner.
