On Monday 2/7/22 we took our 2018 Forester in for service. While there, we noticed a 2022 Ascent on the lot and enquired about it. Matthew Bournes was our sales person. He was very informative, personable and patient with us. he answered all our questions. Helped us to get an accurate and appropriate bottom line for purchase to help us in our decision making. We weighed the options without being pressure by anyone and decided to trade our Forester for the 2022 Ascent. Jeff the sales manager was also very personable in answering our questions. Baily Jefferson was very polite, personable and attentive in helping us finalize the sale with financing. This has been the most pleasant car purchasing experience yet! Thank you! More

I've called service 4 times to schedule brake service and only get voice-mail and no return calls. 2 other friends are having the same trouble right now.
