Friendly and honest service I first had my Ford truck first serviced by Farway almost a year ago. It was a complex and difficult repair. It became obvious that Jeff was sincerely interested in ensuring my vehicle was repaired correctly. Jason Sabo was incredibly friendly and accomodating (as was everyone else I encountered). After the part required for the repair came in, I requested my service date to be moved up a day if possible. They handled the earlier time with no problem and also had my truck completed before the time I had requested. I understand that all requests can't always be handled (which is why I always ended my requests with "if possible"). Nonetheless, it was nice to see the requests considered, even nicer to see them handled, and great that they were done ahead of time. More
