Our experience with Fairfield Subaru was excellent. We originally purchased a used Ascent with Carmax but ended up returning it due to some possible long term issues found. Our experience with Carmax was excellent as well with zero hassles or questions after deciding to return the car. We subsequently decided to consider the smaller Outback and Fairfield Subaru made the decision an easy one for us. Hadas, our salesperson, spent several visits patiently answering questions and test driving with no hard sales pitch or pressure. Turned out the Outback better met our needs and we could not be happier with our decision or the car. And the bonus of feeling like we found a “Subaru home” that we will be confident taking our car to for ongoing future service. More
