From the time I located the pre-owned 2022 Kia Soul GT-line trim with only 12,300k miles on it on CARFAX and contacted Red Reddy and over the phone negotiated the price, it was smooth as silk. I left GT-line trim with only 12,300k miles on it on CARFAX and contacted Red Reddy and over the phone negotiated the price, it was smooth as silk. I left a deposit over the phone and went from Sacramento to Fairfield to collect the car that next Saturday. When I arrived the car had been pulled out and had been super detailed. I was helped with this transaction by the Reese's, Dad and his 2 sons, again it was an easy transacted handled very professionally. I would recommend Fairfield Chevrolet to anyone based on the service I received More

I took my 2016 Equinox for a tune-up on 2/24 and requested they check for a noise that we could hear. Service at the time was great. When we picked up the car, we asked about the noise and Crystal s requested they check for a noise that we could hear. Service at the time was great. When we picked up the car, we asked about the noise and Crystal said they did not find any issues with the car. Crystal even went into the garage and asked the technician again, because we insisted there was a noise. The tech said they test-drove it twice, and there was nothing wrong. Routine maintenance is done only. I found out today, from Ron, (Service Director) that the service techs on the weekend do oil changes only, they can not service the vehicle. I asked why wasn't told this that day and was led to believe there were no issues and was under the impression, that the staff was authorized to make that call. I was not told or suggested to bring it back when someone qualified would be there. I found these details out today, now that the car is back with them with an engine with no compression. I took the car back on 7/18 and have received nothing but horrible service from Crystal. No updates, calls, or texts on the status until yesterday, 7/22. I had to call to only be told I would get a call back because there was no one there who could provide an update. The service manager, Syed called me today to tell me that I need a new engine. When I started to ask questions about the last services they provided, he became defensive and told me he would not go left to right with me and told me to stop accusing them. As a manager, I would expect Syed to be able to have a professional conversation with a full story of what was happening but he did not. He only did the compression test and knew nothing else. When I asked him about the oil levels he said that could have contributed to the blown engine. So I told him, you realize you guys did the last oil change, and that's where I lost him. He was rude and unprofessional, so naturally I met him at his level and let him know I was done with him and needed to speak with his boss. After he hung up on me, he had his Director, Ron call me. I however went into the dealership instead to talk in person. Ron was ready to send me on my way out the door all fees were waived, he wanted to be done with me. I didn't allow his service manager, Syed to talk to me unprofessionally, Syed feelings were hurt, I understand, but as a manager, talk to your customers accordingly and have your facts, and account history in order before you make that call. Ron excused his behavior and said it's heat that gets people irritated. Ron is now putting a quote together to further diagnose the issues, 6 days later to find out what caused the issue with the compression. Naturally, I know they don't want my service, I understand, my cost is minimal on what they collect on a daily but that doesn't mean I am not a valued customer or person. No one deserves to be treated less than others because they are HOT, we all are all living in this heat. Or was it because I am a woman and Syed thought less of me? I guess we will never know. Do better Fairfield Chevrolet! More
