Absolutely the shadiest group we've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My husband and I actually cancelled our new car order which had already arrived to take our business to another d displeasure of doing business with. We did research online and found that Fairfield Chevy was using one of the top scans when purchasing a new car by telling us that the bank that they were trying to finance us through was FORCING us to purchase the extended warranty as well as providing a down payment of $10-11k. The first salesman we did business with was courteous and actually gave us a better deal than was expected, management was actually angry with him and shortly thereafter he was not employed by the dealership. My new husband and I were attempting to order our very first brand new car and it was our dream car and instead of being filled with elation and excitement we walked away in disappointment. More
Purchased a used car on 7/29/11. Salesman very friendly and professional. However get to the finance dept and theres were your trouble begins. Never get return calls from finance manager. I have had to go down to the dealership 2 times now only to tell me that they will take care of it,again weeks pass. Also made General Manager aware of problems. 1 issue was waiting on registration only to find out car had oustanding tickets on it before we purchased it. Again I had to take care of. 2 mths into the nightmare 1 employee Sophia in accting takes care of issues. Never would purcase car here again. More
