My first experience with Fair Oaks Ford was when I bought my Explorer and my Sales person Alyssa was just wonderful I brought the Explorer in for service and delt with Arline from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience at Fair OaKs Ford. I will be returning. Cassie was OUTSTANDING! Bought a 2023 F150 Mangers Special in July I’ve have two issues with it I’m happy to say the bad battery was quickly replaced and a month later the squeaky brakes were addressed. Once again, Fair Oaks and especially Frank Luciano save the day. Took my car in for issue. Ended up being catalytic converter problem. Thank goodness it was covered.
