We were interested in purchasing a car we could tow behind our Motorhome. We looked at 2 different models and they went out of their way to check to see if they were towable. Only 1 model was towable behind our Motorhome. We looked at 2 different models and they went out of their way to check to see if they were towable. Only 1 model was towable, and we decided to purchase the car. They even suggested a place we could have the towing equipment installed on the car. The pricing was very fair and the whole ordeal went very smooth. Would definitely purchase another car from them. More

When I called Rod to make my purchase he was very nice, and patient when I asked my questions and knowledgeable about the car. When I decided to purchase my Focus, Rod picked me up at my house, helped me with putting my plates on the car and helped my put my I Pass on the new car. I also had to ask him the same questions I asked the night before and again he was very patient. We were having trouble with my SYNC and Rod is helping me with it.I would suggest Rod to anyone who is buying a Ford. More

Paul was excellent. I was in the market for a new expedition and after searching dealer inventory I found what I was looking for at Fair Oaks. I met with Paul and he was a delight to work with, showi expedition and after searching dealer inventory I found what I was looking for at Fair Oaks. I met with Paul and he was a delight to work with, showing me all the features and had great knowledge of the vehicle. We sat down to discuss price and unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement. Over the next few days Paul and I continued communicating via email searching for other expeditions but in the end I ended up getting the one they had on the lot and they agreed to reduce the price to fit into my budget. I met with the aftermarket and finance guys and while they tried to sell warranties and maintenance packages they weren't too pushy. I have bought several cars and by far this was my best experience.
