I had a great car buying experience at Fair Oaks Ford. I was not pressured and felt like I was a long lost friend. I bought an MKZ Hybrid and the driving experience has been outstanding. Steve explained the features that customers he's worked with really like about the car. Also, liked knowing that your dealership has saleried salesman (as opposed to commissioned). Think it makes all the difference in how the customer feels in buying a car from your dealership. The dealership was very busy on Saturday, and Steve used the time wisely to teach us the basics of the car/sync my phone, etc - while we were waiting to see the Finance Manager. My overall experience at Fair Oaks Ford might be different from other customers in the sense that I ordered a car from the dealer that was not on the lot yet, but had been per-ordered. The car salesman that I dealt with, Paul Litwicki, was awesome because he's an easy going guy that is all about helping you out as a customer. When he noticed that the car, which was on its way to the dealer, was not coming in at a timely fashion for me, he then went out of his way to get me the exact same car from another dealer so that I could have the car I wished right away. This example of service can be noticed throughout the entire dealership and this is why I would recommend Fair Oaks Ford to everyone. More
