In less than two hours we had gone from never been there and not certain what we wanted to secure and our decison and financed with attrative terms. The dealership as a whole is phenomenal! However, one of the representatives (Craig) was generally in a hurry and thus made two mistakes that ended up costing me an additional $1,200 even though the price w the representatives (Craig) was generally in a hurry and thus made two mistakes that ended up costing me an additional $1,200 even though the price was finalized twice prior to it increasing (due to his negligence) thereafter. He is a nice gentleman and I'm sure very busy, but I'd recommend that he check current rebates and double check his math before providing the finalized number to pay. I used USAA's car buying service so the price was fantastic and difficult to negotiate further, but one doesn't expect to pay more after providing a down payment. The three gentlemen my wife and I worked with thereafter surely increased our opinion of this location (Ruben Castelan, Bobby Deanda, and Doug Gose) although Craig wasn't so bad that I wouldn't recommend Fair Oaks to a friend or family member. In the end, we received the car we wanted and near the price we wanted it, thank you Fair Oaks! More
