Wow that is all I can say! I was not expecting to buy a car that day figured I would be hitting two other dealers to see who gave the best deal. Told them straight up. Test drove, talked numbers and they were lower than my consumer report price. We bought the car. Everyone was so friendly there. I NEVER had an experience like this with a dealership. 100% recommend this dealer. They do not work on commission like others. They truly are there to help you and not themselves. I live in Melrose Park with a Ford dealership in walking distance and I drove to Naperville based on my consumer report pricing as a starting point and figured out what other two I was checking out too. Recently I got into an accident with my beloved Mini Cooper (ran over a semitruck re-tread... completely totalled the vehicle), I was in the market for a new car and fast. After a lot of comparisons I actually decided I'd like to look into a Ford Focus. We visited the lot rather late and we just intended on looking at the Focuses and their prices. Paul Litwicki was outside and with another client, but he was more than happy to help us. I wanted to purchase used, and I had a budget. When we told him, he was straight up honest and said that they probably didn't have a Focus that would fit my budget on the lot. Even though he knew he was wasting his time because everything was out of the price range, he showed us a few models and suggested to us the Ford Fiesta. We left that night and I did a lot of research on the Fiesta, falling in love with it. I am active duty military and needed to go back to St. Louis to report to work, so my dad kept in contact with Paul for me. I had a very specific car in mind with specific details and he was able to find my perfect vehicle. The car he found was actually located in Wisconsin, and they were not attempting to charge us a relocating fee. We settled on a price after a lot of haggling, and I had to go in the next day to sign papers. However, unfortunately for us the Wisconsin car was already sold. This seemed really fishy off the bat, but Mark Rancone worked very hard to find a replacement car. We found two that fit the description of the vehicle I wanted, but one had less options. They had absolutely no problem installing the extra options that were missing (ambient lighting and SIRIUS) for no extra charge. However, the other car was available with all the options and we went for that car. Overall the service here was outstanding. Paul hit rock-bottom price almost immediately and really went out of his way to help us. They understood the dilemma with insurance checks and were willing to work with me. I love my Ford Fiesta!!
