While waiting for the services to be completed I received a message from Uconnect with some coupon o I stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting for the services to be completed I received a message from Uconnect with some coupon offers. One was for an oil change and the other for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service was done I provided the coupon, only to be told I couldn't use it. Uconnect and Chrysler are one and the same so what was the issue? I was told that the coupon was for semi synthetic oil but that FX uses full. This is garbage. If I walk into your location and receive a coupon from your organization then you should take it because these deals have already been worked out. I did not look for this coupon it was sent to me by Uconnect which falls under Chrysler and which you fall under, simple math says you should take the coupon. More

After 2 difft mechanics, very expensive replacement of catalytic converter & mult O2 sensors, I brought it to the Dealer. The Service dept listened, which is sadly lacking these days. The mechanic, Allen, was prompt, attentive & straightforward. He explained the issue thoroughly. They then did everything I could ask for. When I returned the next day, they were all over it. I’ve never had a better experience w a mechanic/dealership. I never usually write reviews but these ladies & gents totally deserve it! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼 More
