Horrible service and not bringing my vehicle back. Had my vehcile all day and never worked on it. I even called at noon to make sure they had my vehcicle done at 3. Went there for a tire rotation, tire loosing air and coolant smell. Was told smell was over spray on exhaust, which smells nothing like coolant, said i had a nail in tire. Asked me if i wanted them to plug my tire, and they told me they hadnt done the tire rotation yet. Told them not to do anything and pull my vehicle out. They clearly had just pulled my vehicle in when I got there since i had to wait 20 minutes just for the update on it. So was there for 30 minutes to just pick up my vehicle. Then when i drove home everything was find. I woke up the next morning and had a flat tire. My tire was fine and only loosing like 2-3 pounds of air in a month and a half. I had to have someone take my tire off to take it somewherenand come to find out the nail was no longer in my tire. So they pulled the nail out and sent me home unsafely. Not happy at all and again, will never bring my vehicle back. Brian was the one who helped me even though he wasnt my service advisor. Im glad he atleast helped me and didnt ignore me like the other guy. More
Scheduled Oil Change I gave them 3 stars because the service is simply average. Nothing good stands out. I made an appointment online and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. Dropped it off and told the service rep i would come back. He told me he would call me when it was done. I did errands for almost two hours and returned to the dealership. I figured that in the last 2 hours my vehicle should be done. I mean I had a scheduled appointment and an oil change takes maybe 45 minutes. Well I pulled in and saw that my vehicle was right where I left it. I spoke with the rep who told me my car was next... Next? It’s been there for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Why have a scheduling system if it’s in no way followed? My vehicle did go in shortly after I arrived. I ended up waiting for 1 hour. Essential, if you have 3 hrs or more to waste feel free to go here. More

Bad customer service Both dropping off and picking up my vehicle no one was at the customer service desk and waited for some time before someone waited on me. When picking up my vehicle I was handed the invoice and no explanation of what they did or did not find during the diagnostic. I mentioned at drop off that I had an email for $25 off my oil change and the lady said she would take care but when I picked up my vehicle it was not on there so I had to wait for the manager to adjust the payment. The few times that I have called to make an appointment either I have to wait for a long time for someone to answer or no one answers at all. Unfortunately this dealership has horrible customer service. More

Your sales and finance department are amazing, but, alas that pales when the uncoordinated service department cannot follow through on a simple request that was supposed to have been completed at time of delivery. Vehicle was dropped off evening prior for an 8 AM appt.. Service wasn't completed until 4:55 pm and even then amid mass confusion. It wasn't rocket science what was to be done. Get it together. Without mentioning names - bad service experiences travel fast..... and customers can shop elsewhere. - especially when they have stellar credit scores. More
Do not buy from this dealership DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!! I was in the market in June 2019 for a new vehicle, and I found one at this dealership. I was told before driving o DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!! I was in the market in June 2019 for a new vehicle, and I found one at this dealership. I was told before driving over 100 miles that the vehicle was there, and when I arrived at the dealership it was sold three days prior. I was extremely upset that I was told that it was there and it wasn’t. So, I ended up buying my first new vehicle with this dealership. Before buying this vehicle, I saw that the front bumper was misaligned. The dealer assured me that it could and would be fixed. The dealership put in writing “we owe” that the front bumper would be fixed. Unfortunately, the vehicle can not be fixed, and it was seen by three body shops. All of them stated, “It can not be fixed”. Mind you, I have been dealing with this for five months going back and forth with the dealership and Ram case management. I also would have never bought this vehicle if I had known this vehicle could not be fixed. Yesterday 12/03/19, I spoke with the dealership’s service manager, and he stated on video recording that the vehicle has a manufacturer defect and they CAN NOT FIX IT. The service manager also said I hope the dealership works something out to get you into another new vehicle. So yesterday I found another vehicle which I would be willing to settle with. It’s a very basic model and it’s somewhat of a down grade to what I currently have. The dealership wants all this money down to get me into this new truck. It’s ridiculous. I’m losing over 5 k which I already invested into my current vehicle with payments and accessories. At this point, this dealership is doing NOTHING to help me out and nor is Ram. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever dealt with. For anyone looking for a new vehicle DO NOT BUY from the dealership. I also will be contacting consumer reports, better business bureau, and social media. I will be uploading all videos to YouTube. I could continue on with all the other issues I have with the dealership doing shady stuff on my truck. But I guess this is how this dealership does business. More
