Inaccurate quote I took my 2014 Ram 3500 there for the 60K mile services and an oil change. When I dropped it off I asked them to change the oil as well. They told me I took my 2014 Ram 3500 there for the 60K mile services and an oil change. When I dropped it off I asked them to change the oil as well. They told me it would cost approximately $450 and would take 1 1/2-2 hours which was fine. After 2 hours I asked for an update and was told it was going to be another hour because they were backed up. Their shuttle driver, who was awesome, gave me a ride home where I waited for another 2 hours. Finally they called and said my truck was done but they didn’t do the oil change like I'd asked and it was $819. After a discussion with them they did eventually agree to lower the price to a reasonable sum but I found the experience to be a bit frustrating. They did seem like good people they just need to refine some of their operations. More
