No follow ups I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday. I was told I would get call to get updated. It was Saturday afternoon and still no follow up. What a joke So I take my 2007 jeep wrangler over to this dealership to get a new key which was a big mistake. 1 the key and program is way to expensive $190 for a So I take my 2007 jeep wrangler over to this dealership to get a new key which was a big mistake. 1 the key and program is way to expensive $190 for a key for a vehicle that has manual locks it's crazy. Then I get a call saying that my jeep wont start so i asked if they tried jump starting it because it was sitting for a month. They wanted to charge me 90 bucks to see what was wrong and why it wouldn't start. Then they called me saying that when they put the battery charger on it that sparks flew everywhere. Then said I need a new battery cable which was $300 for the cable which I found for $15 and then labor was another $400 so a total of $900 if I would had listened to them. So people need to beware of this place they will try getting you for everything. Because when I went to get the key I started my jeep and it started up right away no problem. I looked under the hood and guess what nothing was wrong with the cable. So I am 100% positive when they tried jump starting my jeep they put the positive to the negative and negative to positive like wow really and they blew my tail light and turn signal light on the driver side. DONT GO THERE go somewhere else like a crack head in the street More

Now I purched the Audi for my son. I feel disrespected. I finally got to talk to Rin he promised me results. I told me heads should roll. Those guys are a link in the payroll. She asked what the recalls were for and he just gave her the recall codes no explanation of work d Cashier was very rude while cashing out to my wife. Wife called and was told that it would be an extra 100 dollars to scan our vehical and they would say if it was covered by warranty that the vehical would have to be scanned to see if it was covered.
