I must say Maryann Higgins the business manager was the crown jewel at this dealership. She was very nice , professional and a pleasure to do business with. After she got me a good interest rate she spent two more days calling back to see if they could do better on rate and she got capital one to lower the rate, how is that for service! I highly recommend her and she is an asset to this dealership. I am very happy with this business transaction and the high level of customer service I received. I sell movie advertising for a living and work closely with small and large corporations and I can tell you this delership stands out above the many in Brevard County. More
Certified inspected? .I'm no mechanic but Just before Christmas I went in to buy a Fiat 500. Salesman showed me a few cars but I decided on a 2013 automatic. On the test drive I noticed a warn Just before Christmas I went in to buy a Fiat 500. Salesman showed me a few cars but I decided on a 2013 automatic. On the test drive I noticed a warning light. I asked the salesman what it was for. He told me it was the tire pressure warning light. Being a certified inspected car, I figured this should or will be fixed. WRONG!!!. After making a deal, I was told they would fix a blinker and buff out dings...I did not get in writing the fix on tire pressure light. BAD MOVE!!Now I got car home a noticed a slight hesitation in the starting. I took it to auto zone and low and behold it had a bad battery ... Strike TWO on the so called CERTIFIED inspection. I took it in for the repairs and informed my salesman of the battery.. I will give them credit they did give me a loaner for the day and did replace battery and blinker. HOWEVER they did not replace tire pressure warning. It must have been brought to thier attention because on shop report says repair DECLINED per Mic. I asked how much it would be to fix.$400 ! And I haven't even made my 1st payment!, I was told by my salesman it did not hurt the integrity of the vehicle . I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF THE SALE !. I do want to say both my salesman Dakota although new at the business was very good . I think he was over ruled by Mic as to repair the bigger problem. Also the finance manager Mary Anne did an outstanding job.!!She went above and beyond.. I went to GATTOS to price compare the job and was about $100 less. Think I'll be going there .. In conclusion if you buy a CERTIFIED inspected car from there BEWARE!! More

Outstanding service I was in the market for a 3rd car, just for commuting purposes. I knew what I wanted and when I walked in I was greeted by Jason Lebrun. I explained I was in the market for a 3rd car, just for commuting purposes. I knew what I wanted and when I walked in I was greeted by Jason Lebrun. I explained my situation, and Jason worked with me to narrow down my choices. The process was quick and painless and Jason did a great job. To close the deal, I sat with Maryann and she really knows her job. It was late in the evening, and she was tired but she got it done, she even got me a "coupon" that was a huge benefit, thanks Maryann :) I arrived in another car, and Jason offered to drive the car to my house and from there I took him back to the dealership. You guys were great, and I'll see you on the next purchase. More

Great experience and I love my car! I wasn't looking forward to having to get a new car. In fact, I wasn't very excited about looking at a Fiat. I met my parents at the dealership after my dad found my 500L on Autotrader. I had called ahead and talked to Keith. Right away I enjoyed his demeanor. He wasn't pushy. In fact, he was super laid back which was really relieving. We had a great time test driving the car. Keith knew a lot about the car and had a lot of information to give me while I was driving it. He really made me excited about it and I really do love it. Once we got the numbers right I met with MaryAnn to finish up the financing and warranty plan. She was amazing. She knew I was trying to keep my payments at a certain amount and only gave me options that would work for me. She explained everything so clearly and was so helpful. I felt absolutely confident that I was being taken care of. She was also so sweet and friendly. I could have chatted with her for an hour if my parents hadn't been so hungry! More

Horrbible managent and experence Three weeks ago I also purchased a car from brian who was helpful at the time. Knowing a good amount of knowledge as I was a tech for three years. After showing brian what the issue was. He aggreed there was a problem. I bought the car less then ten hours before and wanted to be put in something else Paying cash for the car you would expect better service. Then Mic Thomas the current manager gets involved. One of the rudest people i have ever met And really does not care about anyone . He Says that there is nothing he can do and a deal is a deal. He had the tech change the tire but not even look at the problem as it shuting off. Said it was fixed ten minutes later leaving the car shuts off again and still trembles. Called and spoke to brian. He told me to go to another dealer of theirs and that they would help me out and report Mike to corporate (whole other story) This company has a 'lets make our client feel horrible ' mentality. Moral of the story is 1. This dealership need a lot of work ESP Mike fullheart. He is not a good man at all Will tell at the client right in front of them and swear at them. 2.
