What ever I asked she explained in detail. She went through the various GAP plans and warrantees available with me so I got what fit my lifestyle (which was very important because I drive a lot). The fact that I can go to any Auto parts store or Pep Boys and have my check engine light checked for free and then you want to charge me $89.95 for it, is absurd. Maybe, maybe if they were going to then put that fee towards the repair I would maybe understand. I feel like they were taking advantage of my wife whereas our old Fiat dealership that we used to visit before moving went above and beyond to be Customer Experience and not settle for Customer Service. I don't know if we'll go there again. More than likely we'll just go to Magic Mechanic or Pep Boys in the future. More

They were kind and didn't pressure me in any direction; by far the best car shopping experience that I have ever had. The finance director, Maryann Higgins, was very prompt and efficient. She had me in and out of the paperwork phase in a flash even taking into consideration that their bushiness had power outages all day long. This did not hinder them from giving me the smoothest shopping experience possible. Very, very well done! 5 Star Rating!! More

But the team at Fiat of Melbourne secured the car for me within a few days and I am now happily driving about town in my new Fiat 500 Pop. The salesman, Keith, was genial and easygoing. There was no pressure and he kept me updated on the status of transfer. Maryann exhibited extreme professionalism and knowledge. The entire process was relaxed and comfortable. Will not stand behind their cars Wow, I thought we were dealing with a rebuttable dealer since the gator family has been in Melbourne for many years and they won’t even stand behind t Wow, I thought we were dealing with a rebuttable dealer since the gator family has been in Melbourne for many years and they won’t even stand behind their used Vehicles. We bought a 2012 Audi A5 convertible from them on 3/16 and over the weekend decided to give it a simple wash and water poured in through the rear window. This window is about to fall out of the top and never noted or brought to our attention, and if they give the cars a thorough inspection and detail prior to the sale, it is something that should have been noted. They even left personal information in the glove box about the previous owner, address, phone numbers and partial credit card information from repair invoices. Now we are being told they will not warranty the top and we bought it as is and they will not warranty the top. Very sad they sell a car with known defects, since the technicians who detailed it should have seen the rear window leaking, if they actually washed that car, and now I wonder if they even check the brakes and other safety related issues prior to putting it on their lot. They did tell us to drop it off and they were going to take it up to a “Top Shop” for them to repair it, but once they found out the top would need to be replaced, they changed their tune. Very sad to see how they service their customers after the sale. More
