Disappointing Service – Focused on Money Over Customer Care I’ve been a loyal customer of Nissan Exton for years, but my recent experience at their service center has left me extremely disappointed. It Care I’ve been a loyal customer of Nissan Exton for years, but my recent experience at their service center has left me extremely disappointed. It feels like they’ve become more focused on making money than actually providing quality customer care. The staff was disrespectful, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all. One of the biggest frustrations was their refusal to offer a drop-off service, even for a short distance of 10 miles. For a service center that used to prioritize convenience and support, this was a huge letdown. It seems they are cutting corners on customer service to focus purely on profits. I expected much better from a dealership like Nissan Exton, and I hope they reassess their approach to customer care. For now, I’ll be considering other service centers where customer satisfaction is still a priority. More
