Only writing this review because I've have five straight terrible experiences. I've dealt with terrible wait times, rude customer service, and jacked up prices after agreed upon prices. If there is any Exton dealership with different ownership that is Exton Nissan, go there. I've never had poor experiences with other auto body dealerships or oil change locations other than Exton. They try to jack up your chargers as much as possible. If you don't stick up for yourself you will be charged extra guaranteed. Never except a price that was jacked up after they started working on the vehicle, it's more likely to be a bunch of crap than fact. Every time I walked in looking to pay my bill that I agreed over the phone, there ended up being something else I needed to pay for. This is a sales tactic, they are looking to make a couple bucks off of you: don't let it happen. Just keep saying no until the agreed upon price over the phone is the one you're walking away with. They can't take your car hostage, period.
