Very disappointed in their bait and switch tactic. Was told over the phone by their internet sales person one price for a car and when I arrived the price changed by $5000 higher. The sales manager then said they could not adjust the price and that that person made a mistake. He also said they do not quote pricing over the phone . If that's the case then why did this lady quote me a cost over the phone. I would warn anyone NOT to buy a car at this dealership. I spoke to many other Nissan dealers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and they were honest up front about the price. This is a sales tactic they use to get people to visit the dealer !!! Very Crooked Dealership!!!!! More
Staff always pleasant. When I make an appointment for my car at 9 and see it taken back promptly it makes all the difference to me. I was advised my recall work would take about an hour and a half. I chose to wait. My service writer was helping another customer with an issue for more than 30 minutes. In the meantime my vehicle was f a half. I chose to wait. My service writer was helping another customer with an issue for more than 30 minutes. In the meantime my vehicle was finished, the technician handed in the work order. I sat there for about another 15 minutes before going up to the service desk. My service writer said I will be with you shortly. There were 2 other writers at the desk doing nothing. Thankfully one of them offered to help me so I could get on with my day. I was there for over 2 hours for a recall that should technically only taken 30 minutes. My complaint is that there were 2 service writers doing nothing when my car was finished and Charlie should have handed my order to one of them as soon as it was finished knowing that he was going to be with the other customer for a while. Poor customer service to me. More
