Express Auto got us a vehicle financed the same day. We are stuck paying $12000 for a van not even valued at $4000! At that our payments were extremely expensive. When we came across a situation where we were a 2 WEEKS late on our payment and notified them ahead of time that we would have all 3 weekly payments in that third Friday they told us that it would be repossessed then because one payment was over 7 DAYS late. Tammy was completely rude and she is supposed to be a manager. The sales guys are very nice but the finace people are simply out to screw you even if you try to communicate with them and pay on time every other time for over a year. Biggest mistake ever. Guess we will put this under the young and dumb list be suss I can guarantee this mistake will never happen again. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! More

I do not recommend express auto to any one, you will get phone call after phone call on the day payment is due, whether your late or not... Mykala from finance is obnoxious and very rude. The salesman we dealt with was very helpful, but beyond that forget it... once the paper is signed all you concerns are out the window.... the other good thing is free oil changes but that is only saving 20-30 dollars every three months... There policy is to call repeatedly on payment due date.... but 4-5 calls in a 15 min time frame is excessive, this happens 3-5 times per day.....if you ignore the calls they will call any relative listed and eventually send a person to your house asking you to call them.... I moved from a different state and had banks turning me down because they thought I would get the car and run,dumb. I went into express auto told them what I needed and how much I could put down and they gave me the perfect ride for me a 98' chevy blazer. I was so thrilled to find a dealer that really looks out for it's customers. If you don't believe me listen to this, my first pick was a jeep cherokee, but they wouldn't give to me and told me straight up that they were not selling it to their customers because it had transmission problems and did not pass their original mechanical inspection. Most dealers would see a person looking and sell it to them regardless of the problems. Express Auto has your back and do whatever they are capable of to help you get the vehicle you need to succeed. Don't believe me go try them first and skip the other companies it will save you time in the end. The staff is friendly too so you don't even have to worry about running into someone rude. One employee in-particular was exceedingly helpful and that was Jennafer. She is the one who helped me find what car fit into my budget and answered any questions that I had. Now that she is the one at the payments window you would think that it would be different but it's not she does anything she can to try to help me so that I can get my payments set to the right dates and if I need an extension the staff at Express Auto of Battle Creek have always been very understanding and helpful. I also love the free oil changes for life that you get with the car. The mechanics there are very knowledgeable and are willing to explain things whenever asked. I like how they take the time to talk to their customers to figure out exactly what their needs are. My wife and I were in there the other day for an oil change on the car and to make a car payment and I was asking the guy changing my oil all kinds of questions and he did not hesitate to tell me the answer and was completely honest with me. He even checked the pressure in my tires which I am glad he did because there was too much in there. He explained to me how to tell how much air was suppose to be in the tires. That is just one example of the AWESOME customer service that Express Auto of Battle Creek has given me. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car that is reasonably priced has a great warranty and who wants to be treated with EXCELLENT customer service.
