One of my biggest regrets Each time they have had the car for repairs -- and there have been about 20 things fixed over the last year -- they have had the car for 2 weeks. The current repair has not begun although it has been paid for and has been with them for over 2 weeks now. Now they are trying to collect more than the warranty amount because the car has had so many problems! It has been in the shop multiple times a month sometimes and almost monthly since I bought it. Their mechanics don't know enough about cars to find what's wrong. They just "fix" something to get it out of the shop and charge me another $100, and I'll still have to come back for the original issue which they kept no records on. I tried to speak with the main supervisor and he stated that he would make sure things got done, and now he's no longer with the company and I can't get a hold of the new one. I've tried to speak with my account manager, and when I call it's a new one because the old one left. I just get problem after problem with the car, and the company doesn't care if the car is broken or unsafe as long as they get their payment. Terrible service. Do not go here! More

I have had the car for 1/2 of 3 year lease and have had nothing but tro Choosing to get a vehicle from express auto was the worst decision of my life. I have had the car for 1/2 of 3 year lease and have had nothing but trouble. Blew a tire out first day which ok one in a million right? Wrong. Through the next year I kept having issues with my two front tires deflating no leaks holes or anything apparent. Turns out the rims were rusted out. Which they made me pay for replacements. The a/c stopped working correctly after the 4-5 month and the heat doesn't wanna work half the time. They had rust spots covered with something to make it look like it wasn't there and now my rear driver side fender looks like crumbled rust dust. My A-arm was in bad shape when they sold it to me apparently and broke 9 months into it. Brought it to the service department they said oh the control arm was loose so we tighten it back up and sent it on it's way with still barely somehow holding on A arm brought it back again to tell them they didn't fix the issue and they keep the dang car for so long. During that same visit I told them to take a look at the starter and ignition switch because it was not wanting to start sometimes until I clicked it about 50 times. They said they tighten a ground wire and it was doing fine. Wrong again get it back and it was getting worse. To the point where I had to sit for 30 mins trying to get it started Everytime. I finally was able to take it in again and now I'm forced to once again pay the deductible and wait for over a week to get my car back for what they say is a starter and I'm saying is a ignition switch. But I guess they will find that out when I have to bring it to them again More

My husband an i ha e been with Express auto for almost 3 years an never missed a payment as a matter of fact always paid early. I feel like a costomers like that should be treated good. We had to go without our car for two weeks an no one called us we had to keep calling them. We got it back it broke down 2 days later. An when I called to see why we would still have to pay Tealia talked to me like I wasn't a good customer. No one should ever buy from here. This place take advantage of hard working people. My next step is to call fox 17 investigators. More

I'm still sitting in their xxxx waiting room as I write this! Then on top of if all the financial department are a bunch of deceitful little xxxxxx who tell you one thing and mark down what ever they want in their notes, and when you explain anything to Danielle she get an attitude and confrontational to get a reaction from you. I am currently looking for a lawyer and about to xxxx them right back in the court room. More

She is a single mother of two, one that is severely handicapped. Her credit was poor and she thought the "lease" would be the way to go. This is second car. Her first one was totalled by an oncoming car during a snow storm. She was pretty much forced into a second lease or the payoff wouldn't cover the miles on the totalled car. She put miles on running her son an hour each way everyday for therapy and various appointments. More

They do fix it right, but analyze it their way which has taken three days on some issues. I haven't been able to drive it since my last payment. I should get credit for those two weeks. Tomorrow another payment is due, and don't have it yet More

NEVER AGAIN, NEVER RECOMMEND My issue isn't with the "dealership" itself, but with the Finance Department. I have talked to them so many times in a two week period about making a payment. It was due on 12/23/16 and I told them I would make double payments on 1/6/17. They told me "No, you need to turn your car in or we will repossess it until you can make a payment." Well, I hid my car; they called me, two of my references, and my job repeatedly for two weeks straight, repeating themselves and having me to repeat myself. They were looking like idiots, doing the same thing look for different results. I don't understand how this place doesn't allow someone to miss a payment and make up the payment. I even offered to give them my banking information so they could take the money out of my account on the specified date. The finance department rejected this option. I have never worked with a company where they didn't allow someone to catch up on payments. So, here we are 1/5/17 and they are calling me saying I need to contact them "TODAY" about my account or they will pursue further collection procedures. I have talked to them repeatedly, they call everyday and treat you like they haven't spoken to you. Their handling of this matter is too stressful and they aren't professional at all. Why am I repeating myself to multiple adults? Please don't go to this place and get a car unless you have no other option. It's not worth it. They are crooks, they are rude, their dealings with me is repulsive and disgusting. Missed payments happen. It's called life....I wish there was a way I could get them back legally for the harassment to collect a one-time missed payment, that is two weeks over due....I pay bi-weekly mind you. I have a 2008 Chevy Impala, it has 162,000 miles on it and they are charging me $17,000.00 for it.....it isn't worth the hassle.....I am talking to an attorney about my options to get out of this contract.
