I’ve had a long relationship with this dealership since all my cars have been Volkswagens. My relationship expands over fifty years. Poly the staff has changed. But not the professionalism. The staff in all departments are friendly, kind and always helpful. They go out of their way to make me and I’m sure all of their customers feel special. The techs always do a superb job with my car. I can’t ask for anything more. I’ve been going there so long that the original employees and I call each other by first names. Again, I’m home when I visit there to have my car serviced. More
I went in for oil change and came out with laundry list of repairs/recommendations. I looked at the last and I did 2 of the recommended pairs last week myself. The response was "Oh, we don't check the thi of repairs/recommendations. I looked at the last and I did 2 of the recommended pairs last week myself. The response was "Oh, we don't check the things on the list that would cost money and time, we just use milage recommendations". So if I did the repairs I would have been things i don't need. When this is is presented and per website this is an inspection of your car at the time of oil change but its nothing of the sorts. Buyer beware, you might just be doing upsells because they need to make money not that you need it. Then I called and they said things are checked on every oil change, he would look into it and then 1 hour later lie lie lie by manger Paul Leninger (dealership manager) contradicting his own statement. Don't be fooled and know your car before going in. They cant even admit a mistake. Also a B- on BBB site. More
I am very happy with the service at Executive V W, I am however concerned that my Golf uses a quart of oil between oil changes. I report this with every oil change.
