Driver was extremely pleasant and professional. Service center provides video of service technician’s work and they keep the customer informed through the service process. Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change for my '21 Wrangler EcoDiesel and over the phone I was quoted $190. When I brought it in the initial paperwork to start the oil change said $240. I asked my '21 Wrangler EcoDiesel and over the phone I was quoted $190. When I brought it in the initial paperwork to start the oil change said $240. I asked for what the final price would be, took him a little bit of time and thank goodness they hadnt started doing the oil change yet cause he came out and told me $360 would be the final price. $360 for an oild change.. ridiculous. I get the vehicle takes 9 quarts of oil and has a little bit more expensive filter but they can easily be purchased for less than $150. Severely disapointed is such varience in pricing from what i was originally quoted to what they were going to try to charge me, just glad they actually hadn't started the oil change yet like he tried to tell me to get me to think i had no other option or else this wouldve been an even bigger mess. Tried to give this dealership a shot but will have to try elsewhere. More

I will not return to this service center. Had purchased a deal for 3 oil changes and tire rotations and left each visit with avoidable problems: they killed my battery during the visit and it Had purchased a deal for 3 oil changes and tire rotations and left each visit with avoidable problems: they killed my battery during the visit and it took 2 techs to figure out how to use the jump pack, they didn’t refill coolant and car was overheating, check engine light on and they refused to do diagnostics. Took it to autozone and it was due to incorrect oil pressure following the oil change. More
