Dealership is sort of a hot mess. You can make an appointment online after filling out quite a bit of info. But then they ask for it all again when you arrive. Plus there's no direction in the service department. No central greeter so you walk into a giant bay and stand around till someone shows up. You can peek inside the 6 offices there but they were all empty when I arrived. Luckily they were able to diagnose the problem I already identified over a two day period and then quote me parts that were over msrp. Pretty poorly run.
