Good mor9ng i am sorry that you feel this way when a vehicle is a drop off for the day, we work the cars into the Schedule to be worked on throughout the day i understand the part was not in stock as well so if the vehicle was brought in in the morning or afternoon the part would have to have been ordered either way , the advisor simply stated because he said you were not happy that your warranty contract was valid at any Jeep dealer and he stated that because you told he you didn't feel comfortable us working on your Jeep if you would like to discuss any further please give us a call
