I know this because I bought my 2004 Audi A4 from them on 11/23/2013 and they wrote a review up here "Pretending" to be me. They are scammers and once they had my money, it was not their problem. My car broke down the night after buying it!!! And all that sweet talk before I bought the car, about them willing to fix any problems was bs. The manager himslef, Shawn, told me to my face that maybe next time I will buy a new car and not a piece of metal from him. He said very disrespectful things to me and shows that he is a womanizer and has to respect for women at all. He basically took advantage of me being a single female trying to buy a car. My cars frame was bent and will not pass inspection. He sold me a TOTALED CAR!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have reported them to the BBB, they will surely be shut down asap! More

Once you purchase a vehicle from there, they want to have nothing to do with you. I was sold a vehicle that had a wheel lock, and in order for the car to be inspected, I needed to get the 'key'. I phoned them and they told me their mechanic could get the wheels off no problem. Once I got down there, they sent me to an auto parts store to get the new lug nuts myself (I could have done that without having to drive all the way to Manassas.). While I was waiting for the car to be dealt with, the owner told me that Saturdays are a bad time for them, especially with the 'cheap' cars (meaning the car I purchased from them at such a low price). I managed to get the wheels off so it could be inspected. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that the vehicle was Virginia state inspected. I took that to mean that it would pass Virginia inspection once I tried to register the vehicle. It failed on certain items, and when I went to complain, the dealer explained that all vehicles ARE Virginia inspected, not WILL pass Virginia inspection if you take it in. When I contacted the dealer about this, he told me to read the fine print again, meaning: 'Haha we screwed you with our crafty tricks in semantics!' In spite of their lexical acrobatics, I still intend to pursue legal action against these creeps. If you enjoy being treated like crap and getting ripped off, this is a great place for you! More

He said there was no need to put down the earnest money, and that the car would be available. Upon calling him on Sunday to make arrangements to pick up the car he sounded nervous and made up some cockamamie story about being out sick for 2 days and having it sold out from under him. At best he is incompetent. At worst, and this is what I believe, the advertisement was a rouse. More

Price of vehicle shown on their site is a 'bait & switch' price. Car had hidden problems that presented themselves a week later. The people at Executive Auto in Manassas were as professional as anyone could hope for in such a nail biting purchase.
