Everything was great when I purchased the car; however, after I got it home request were made for paperwork that should have been told while I was there. Also I received a threatening (my interpretation) t after I got it home request were made for paperwork that should have been told while I was there. Also I received a threatening (my interpretation) text from an employee at Exclusive that if I didn't call a particular number (found out later it was the company that's financing the car) that the car was going to be taken back. Not very good customer service. I was not very happy at that point. More

I was told my car would be done the same day, they did not grant me a rental. I dropped my car off and they had my car 5 days. Everything was not fixed on my car and this has been over a month ago and I'm still dealing with this issue. More
