I had such a great experience at Exclusive Motor Cars! I accidentally purchased a Groupon for a Synthetic blend oil change thinking it was for a Full Synthetic oil change and when I called to see if they co accidentally purchased a Groupon for a Synthetic blend oil change thinking it was for a Full Synthetic oil change and when I called to see if they could still accommodate me Richard generously told me that I would only have to pay a difference of $20. After my car was serviced-very quickly by the way-Richard told me that I didn’t have to worry about the difference! I was pleasantly surprised because usually I walk away from these experiences feeling like I wasn’t really valued as a customer but this was not the case with Exclusive Motor Cars! I’m in need of new tires and because of the great customer service, ease of making appointments (online), the swiftness of service and the comfortable waiting area I plan on returning to get my four tires replaced in a couple weeks. This place is quality all around! More
