Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to this Jeep dealer to fix my car alarm that was going off all the time. After keeping the car for two days, they were unable to fix the problem. Their final solution was to remo car alarm that was going off all the time. After keeping the car for two days, they were unable to fix the problem. Their final solution was to remove the whole alarm system. The rip off costed $650, should I decide not to remove the system, they will charge me $500 just for their unprofessional diagnostic of the car. You are better off taken your car to a general mechanic, these guys are worthless technically speaking ....although they must be doing very well financially, ripping off customers !!!!!! More
