Horrible Experience! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Due to the of the lack of urgency, follow up, organization and respect I wou This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Due to the of the lack of urgency, follow up, organization and respect I would highly suggest you do not take your business here. We had multiple issues with our experience starting with day 1. - We spent nearly 7 hours here on a Saturday primarily due to wait time for the finance manager. By the time we got to her she was in tears. She was apologetic and explained it was her first day at the company and did not understand their processes, paperwork or systems which was why she was so behind. I understand being new is stressful and you may not be confident in the process but why not take a partner and ask for help? ( 2 weeks later we were contacted and were told she did not have us fill out the paperwork correctly and we had to go back and re-do the paperwork- we live 45 minutes away) - We purchased a tint with our vehicle and we were told by the salesman Matthias he would call us to schedule an appointment first thing Monday. We gave him til’ Wednesday- He never called. We finally got in for the tint and we were told it would take no more than a hour. My husband sat there for 3 hours! 2 days later we noticed the tint bubbled, we called and spoke to our salesman Mathias and he said he would get it resolved and call us back. We waited 2 days- he never called. We finally called and he let us know it was not the dealerships concern and we would have to work directly with the company they outsourced the tint too. He then gave us poor feedback about the company the dealership uses and said there was another vehicle that a customer had to bring back for the same issue. We stressed to Mathias this shouldn’t be our responsibility and the dealership should really be the one to own the mistake and get the issue resolved. Mathias started to raise his voice, argue and react in a very unprofessional manner. He then apologized and said he was upset because he was pissed off at his boss because he was told he has to split a deal/commission with one of his co-workers and continued to start complaining about his job/boss. How unprofessional! -We purchased a Xylon Paint Protection as well and had to come back after the tints were completed (2 additional trips and we finally resolved the tint) I arrived at my appointment at 9am with the understanding with the service department I would take a loaner car for the day while my car was getting serviced. I was told to walk over to Expedia and they would provide me my loaner car for the day. I walked across the parking lot to Expedia to find a hand-written note on the door “sorry for the inconvenience I am out of the office” I asked another employee in the building if someone could assist me and she said unfortunately not she worked for a separate company and Expedia was not available for the day. I walked back to the dealership and was told Expedia knew better and they were expecting me and lined up a car for me and they were not sure what happened. I had the option of sitting and waiting for my car or they would take me home-I live 45 minutes away and would not have a ride back. I had to sit and wait for the xylon treatment for 3 1/2 hours! I can’t stress enough how unprofessional, unorganized and careless this dealership is. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for your vehicle! More
WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS Was rear ended yesterday by an uninsured motorist with a revoked license. My car was 18 years old, so made more sense to replace vs repair. Despite challenges, I drove away with an amazing 2018 Dodge Journey. Credit application over the phone, came to my place of work, with car, went to dealership to finish deal. What a great experience! Far exceeded my expectations. More

2009 Nissan Altima Purchase Stopped by on a chance to see if they'd have some budget vehicles to fit our 3rd car need for new drivers. All in all was very good with the exception of the wait to complete the sale. 30 minutes sale process, but 3 hour wait to get there. More
