He became VERY argumentative with a persistent mocking, snotty, condescending smile. Even the F&I guy apologized for the manager's behavior after he left the room. As I eventually bought the SUV after having it checked out by my mechanic, I guess you could say that he did his job but; I expected more from a dealership that makes much of its Masonic affiliation.
