I brought my truck in for its first service and a wash just the outside or what the servicemen said I needed. I ask was there a charge they didn’t know so I ask for them to check and call me if there was just the outside or what the servicemen said I needed. I ask was there a charge they didn’t know so I ask for them to check and call me if there was and I would tell them yes or no. I also shared the fact that the truck was not cleaned when I picked up the truck from purchase. Don’t mind paying for service as long as I know how much ahead of time. Left the truck 8:30 Thursday morning and to return late that afternoon. Well I came up your drive at a little after five and much to my total surprise the truck was still as I had left it, and believe me it was a surprise. I could not believe I had been just blown off, and yes the engine service was performed, I think I wondered that now, and they were to rotate the tires as well, I can assure you the techs can not move all four tires and not disturbed any dirt. The service men I spoke to when I went in to get the keys and yes all I wanted was to leave your establishment, Much faster than I arrived, I really thought Everett was a different place, one that new what a new customer was worth to a business and how to keep them coming back. I wanted to let you know not to gain anything but maybe help for the next person that walks through your doors! Good luck as I know handling employees is a full time job! More
Coby, our salesman, was wonderful. Our main complaint: We made an appointment to see the car we were interested in and had seen in an email from the dealership (We live in Greenville, Our main complaint: We made an appointment to see the car we were interested in and had seen in an email from the dealership (We live in Greenville, S.C. ~ 2 hours & 15 minutes away). The morning of our visit, we received a call from the dealership in Morganton, NC confirming our appointment time. When we arrived, however, we found the car was NOT there and had been driven that morning to their Everett dealership in HICKORY, NC with no notification to us before we arrived. After several calls by the staff, we were driven to the Hickory dealership then had to drive Back to the Morganton dealership to complete our purchase. Again, Coby was Very helpful, as were others at the Morganton Dealership. I was a bit put-off by having to pay a $599.00 "Proc/Doc Fee" which was just a dealership profit fee according to a salesperson and could not be removed. Also, even though we paid with actual cash, we did not receive the Title until 13 days later. They did, however, wash the vehicle and filled the gas tank for us. None-the-less, we were overall pleased and would use this dealership again in the future. More
Spent 30k on a 3 year old Ford expedition. First day I heard humming so brought it to my mechanic. I was surprised when he told me it needed a new rear end due to water getting inside and overheating. B heard humming so brought it to my mechanic. I was surprised when he told me it needed a new rear end due to water getting inside and overheating. Brought it back to everett. The next day they said it was fixed. All they did was change the fluid. Still humming. Still bad. So after arguing with them and driving then in the truck they say that NOW they can hear it, and would look at it. Next day they call and tell me it needs a rear end. OK. They say they will pay half. Was not happy at all. They agreed to pay 3/4. Ok. Still not happy but It hurts alot less. Waiting 2 weeks for rear end to arrive, I dropped off the truck, 2 days later they are done. When I pick it up, drive home, look underneath.. I see my old rear end Still under the truck. After agreeing to replace it, they decided to rebuild it instead and charged me the same price I was told for the full rear end replacement. Can't trust this dealership. Buy elsewhere More

I have been talked to like a dog. Called a liar. Slammed in the ground all over their mistakes. Selling a car with out the title is illegal for one. The title was sent to the previous owner resulting in my in the ground all over their mistakes. Selling a car with out the title is illegal for one. The title was sent to the previous owner resulting in my bank threatening to revoke my loan. Insurance information was not verified properly resulting in my tag being revoked. This is all going to cost me over $300. I have text messages and emails to prove what I am saying to be true. Today I was lied to multiple times and now I am having to wait for the second day in a row for a tag just so I can drive my vehicle. I am being told I am risking a ticket to come get the tag, which they will not pay for, or I wait for them (however long it will take them) to get the tag. I highly doubt they will even bring it out to me today but if they do I will most certainly be in total shock. I was told I am rude and nasty. Well wouldn't you be if a dealership may cost you your job over something they messed up? They do not want to admit their mistakes and now they are angry with me over posting this in reviews as well as contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office. They also sold my van that I traded with out the title. This has been the worst experience with a dealership ever and I have dealt with buy here, pay here lots in the past. No reconciliation for my time or headache has been offered other than oops. Not even an apology. Nothing. No one has said we are sorry we messed up. Nothing. I am highly stressed and hurt over this mess and the trouble it is causing my family. As a mom and Frontline worker I am fed up with this place. Stay far away More
Amazing service from great people! I was recently deployed and turned in my Hyundai lease before departing. While gone I decided to purchase a slightly used Sonata Limited 2.0T. I did a ton of online deployed and turned in my Hyundai lease before departing. While gone I decided to purchase a slightly used Sonata Limited 2.0T. I did a ton of online research and had previously sold cars for 4 years so I know what to expect. I live in Florida and upon returning from overseas traveled 488 miles just to do business with Morganton and the great employees there. Not one gimicky sales tactic was used and they were very upfront. I negotiated the deal via email and upon reaching an agreement they held the vehicle for several days with just a deposit. That’s a great sign of a trusting dealer looking to take care of their customers. The used vehicle was listed on the low end of KBB and Edmunds pricing to begin with. I negotiated a little but I knew (based on my research) from get go they’d priced it well and didn’t have much room to play. I originally worked with Neil but he fell ill and was unable to be at work the day of my deal so he recommended Kevin help me finish everything and I have to say it was a great recommendation.I brought my own financing but due to their great relationships with lenders they were able to beat my already great credit union rate by nearly a whole point! All in all saving me a few hundred more over the life of my loan. I was in a rush as I had to drive back to Florida after the deal and I forgot the books and spare Key. Kevin has been in contact with me and is going to mail them to me. Most “salesman” ghost customers after the sale as their business is completed but not Kevin, Neil, and Philip. Don’t be afraid to ask for Kevin or Neil to help with your sales needs. They’re great guys making a living helping customers meet their vehicle needs and building relationships. Don’t fear the business office here either. Philip was honest about available protections for my vehicle and didn’t try to rip me off like some business managers in the car industry. He showed me value adding products at reasonable costs ultimately saving me more money! I’m not a Chevy guy at all but if I were in the market for a new truck I’d seriously consider Chevy based upon the people they employ at Morganton! More
Go anywhere else but here This place is a complete joke. Before actually going to this dealership I worked with Jerry over email. We worked everything out including a few mod This place is a complete joke. Before actually going to this dealership I worked with Jerry over email. We worked everything out including a few modifications I wanted done. I had a long drive before going and picking up the vehicle. I let Jerry know I was on my way so he would have a good idea on when I would arrive. He allowed me to drive the entire way without once mentioning the modification were never done. These guys have no issue lying right to your face which includes the sales, finance and management staff. Jerry remeber when you said "I hoped you learned your lesson" in regards to the thousands of dollars that was stolen from me? I learned that even if you get stuck with people like this you still have options like contacting General Motors. For 3 months the dealership ignored me and I was forced to reach out to GM. GM did force them to partially refund me and I recommend contacting them right away should you take a chance on this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid. More
