When I finally find this out, I called the office, asked to speak to James or the manager and NO ONE ever got back to me. Its been over a month now. I called almost everyday for a week. What happened: I went in to cancel the warranty on my car. I called the warranty company but they said they couldn't do it over the phone, I had to go to the dealership in person in order to do this. The warranty company told me they will need to see how many miles were on my car, and that I would be sent home with a piece of paper saying that it is cancelled. Alright, so I go in on a Monday because when I went in two days earlier (Saturday) James told me he couldn't do it on a Saturday for whatever the reason. James is who I dealt with in the finance office. So I tell James that I would like to cancel my warranty and he seems hesitant to do it and explains what will happen if I do. I am well aware of this and tell him I would like to proceed and cancel it. He says alright. And tells me I can go, that he will cancel it. I asked him "Don't you need my mileage?" So he writes it down on a post it and again tells me there's nothing else he needs from me. So I said "The warranty company told me I would leave here with a piece of paper." He just looked at me like I was stupid, shook his head no and then said "No" out loud. Which by the way was a huge lie. He straight up lied to my face. He didn't have me sign anything, which after the fact I found out I was supposed to. In order to get a full refund, I needed to cancel within 30 days. When I never received a check I called the warranty company just to find out that James never cancelled my warranty in the first place. Oh and guess what? It's after 30 days. Well now I'm pissed and call Ettleson, all they did was took down my message because the owner, manager and James were not able to speak. The first call was placed on March 6th 2018, and I called everyday for a week after that. Somehow no one answered (you dodging my calls or what?) left several messages, and never gotten a response from anyone there. As a young woman I feel that James and this place have completely taken advantage of me and my situation. Thankfully, because of negative experiences with him in the past, I had a bad feeling going in. Something told me "leave the voice recorder running on your phone in case something happens and it ends up being your word vs his." I thought I was being weird but I am SO HAPPY that I did this. Its a little fuzzy but its usable. I'm currently talking with my lawyer. Honestly, this is not acceptable. This man didn't do his job. As someone working in healthcare, I don't even want to think about what would happen if I didn't my job. Someone would probably die. Lets just take a minute and all be thankful that its our warranties, not out lives, in James' hands. Otherwise we would all be majorly xxxxed as he tells us hes gonna help us out then just.... doesn't. Really though, you straight up lied to my face. Seriously, thanks man. More

I suggested that they check the hub bearings which I thought it could be. Left car and 2hrs later was told the noise were my bad tires and I needed front breaks bad. I decided not to have the job done by them. My son has a shop and I dropped it off for the brakes and told him to check the tires. To no surprise car was checked and tires were all fine, brakes were repaired and oh the bearings were bad. Hmmm where did that happen. Yeah again sloppiness. Ettleson you guys make me sick. Third time you guys do this to me and last. No more. More

Very Bad Customer Service I got a fuel pump put in my 2010 accent 11/14/2014. Last night 10/14/2015 fuel pump burned out. Not even a yr old,and only 5,200 miles put on car sinc I got a fuel pump put in my 2010 accent 11/14/2014. Last night 10/14/2015 fuel pump burned out. Not even a yr old,and only 5,200 miles put on car since fuel pump put in! I was told because my car is out of warrenty 8/14/2015 so is the fuel pump. So I have to pay to get another fuel pump put back into my car. Per ettleson's sevice manager(Ryan ?) their is nothing he can do about it and just because another place says it's the fuel pump doesn't really mean its so. I paid 101 dollars to get car towed to good yr last night and now ettleson tells me to get it towed to them and they will see if in fact it is fuel pump and if it is I would still have to pay for it, end of story. I then called Family hyundai were I usually bring my car,and bought it there. John tried to get this problem remedied. With discounts which I appreciate his time, but because I didn't originally didn't pay for the pump, I can't use the pump's warrenty 12 mos/12,000 miles of which it was 11mos/5,200 miles since pump put in. Supposely when I bought the car it had a lifetime warrenty,must be certain things. I know customer service isn't anything any business cares about but you would think they could have done something,paid for towing,the part and I'd pay for service. Very disappointed. My car is only 5yrs old and I've already had it towed 2x and put in 1,500 dollars that wasn't scheduled maintenace. Oh yes and no call back from Todd. More
WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP I originally purchased my car from this dealership. The car is a little under 4 years old with 20,000 miles on it. The dealership told me that I need I originally purchased my car from this dealership. The car is a little under 4 years old with 20,000 miles on it. The dealership told me that I need to replace the timing belt for a cost of $600 (they claimed this was necessary every 5 years or 60,000 miles), and they also wanted me to get a fluid injection service (they claimed this was necessary every 20,000 miles). The users manual for the car says the timing belt shouldn't be a problem until after 90,000 miles or 108 months (9 years). Since this didn't match with what the dealership was telling me, I went to another auto repair shop for a second opinion. The second auto repair shop said the timing belt looks fine, and the fluids (especially the engine coolant) were not topped off when the dealership said they had done that. They also said that the fuel injection service is not necessary on a car that is this young. If you do get maintenance on your car at Ettleson Hyundai, check your fluids after you leave. I am never going back because I have lost all trust. I didn't like the service that I received from this guy. He is so unprofessional and rude. Service people fixed my car and they left out a detail which I found on the carpet and I showed it to Steve b guy. He is so unprofessional and rude. Service people fixed my car and they left out a detail which I found on the carpet and I showed it to Steve but he didn't even apologized and showed me attitude about it and then he made me feel bad that I didn't know where it belongs to. Also I was having problems with my air conditioner in the past and then they fixed it but the same problem came back (one time it would work and other time it would not), so I was trying to explain this to Steve but he didn't listen to me until the end and ran to check out my car. He told me that air conditioner works so I told him that he didn't even let me finish that it did not work couple days ago but now it is good. His reply was:"Don't roll your eyes at me", he said it in a mean manner. I was shocked and hurt. He is so unprofessional and he doesn't know how to handle problems. There can be a lot of unhappy clients but he has to know how to handle those kinds of situations in a professional and polite manner. I told him what was wrong with my car and he had to share that information with Mike (who is completely opposite from Steve, he handles unpleasant situations with good manner and he is very polite) but he didn't. Avoid this man if you like to receive a good service. More
