I purchased my Sonata January the 5th . from Ettleson in Countryside. I was greeted at the door by Elizabeth and told her what I was looking for. The car I wanted was not at their dealership , but Elizabeth was able to get it from another dealer in less than 24 hours . No price change . Paying for the car went smoothly and the finance manager was by far the best I have ever worked with. I have purchaced many cars at various dealerships including Carmax , This was the best so far. I stopped in for a test drive of the Equus at Ettleson Hyundai. I was politely greeted by Coydel. I spoke to J D and then Coydel let me drive the Equus. I had a thorough 30 min. test drive on highway a Hyundai. I was politely greeted by Coydel. I spoke to J D and then Coydel let me drive the Equus. I had a thorough 30 min. test drive on highway and side streets. Hyundai has matched or exceeded the European level of quality and performance with Equus. The man was very kind and gave me and amazing deal for my first new car! Cared about my safety and listened to my preferences! I called Bob Dinella on the phone to check inventory on a 2013 Santa Fe with a color and options in mind. Bob did not have it in stock but would check local inventory at other dealers. Bob called 10 minutes later and located the vehicle and stated he could pick it up in 3 hours. We discussed price,tradein and did the credit report. Bob called 2 hours later and stated the vehicle was in. However I was already on my way to the dealer with the trade. Upon inspection all went well and we are very happy with the whole transaction. Yes I would recommend this dealer ship Ettleson.I was looking for a new 2012 car.Ettleson was my first stop.I pulled into the car lot and got out, and was looking at some cars. When salesman Gino Dinella came up to me.He introduce him self and ask if he could help me.I told him what I was looking for.He showed me a car but it didnot have a few things that I wanted on it.I saw the Elantra touring on the floor .I asked for a price on both cars.He was so friendly and pleasant and very helpful.He also had Rich Ginnons help me.I am not a younger person and I have been to many dealers before.All they did was try and pressure you in to buying a car.I didnot get this at Ettleson.Gino and Rich where so helpfull.I went home that day with a new car.Before I left Dino went over every thing on the car with me.Thank you Dino.
