We had found ourselves in need of a new car and wanted a good sedan. We stopped at Ettleson hyundai to look at the new Sonata's. Craig Dixon was our salesman and was very helpful and friendly in showing us good sedan. We stopped at Ettleson hyundai to look at the new Sonata's. Craig Dixon was our salesman and was very helpful and friendly in showing us the Sonata and explaining all the features and controls. There was little or no pressure to buy and negotiations were easy. Overall the purchase was easy. The F & I guy was fast informative and didn't press any additional products or services on it. We were in and out of the finace department quickly with an interest rate that matched our banks. Overall very friendly and easy purchase and I would recomend this dealer sna salesman. More

I was in the market for a new Genesis coupe and after doing some research I went car shopping. The other dealerships in the Chicagoland area seem to have little knowledge about the car, and they did not doing some research I went car shopping. The other dealerships in the Chicagoland area seem to have little knowledge about the car, and they did not seem interested in taking care of their customers. Ettleson was my last stop. They were extremely friendly and I felt like I was in a caring environment. Buying a new car for the first time is stressful and they made it easy. Craig Dixon was the salesman I spoke with. He listened to me and made sure that if I bought my car at Ettleson they would continue to take care of me. It has been a few months now and I absolutely love my Genesis and as long as I live in the Chicagoland area I will always purchase my cars at Ettleson Hyundai. More

I spent 10 months being jerked around by numerous dealerships in the Chicago-land area trying to buy my Elantra. Ettleson (worked with Elizabeth the Internet Sales Manager - awesome!) was 180-degr dealerships in the Chicago-land area trying to buy my Elantra. Ettleson (worked with Elizabeth the Internet Sales Manager - awesome!) was 180-degree difference from the other dealerships that treated me terribly and jerked me around all the time. Elizabeth was super helpful, stuck to the GREAT price she quoted me, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Even the F&I guy (Jason, I think?) didn't hassle me or try to sell me anything or harass me about financing (I was already financing through a credit union). I spent a total of maybe 1/2 hour - hour with both of them getting all the paperwork done and finishing everything up. It was so great - after being treated so terribly by the other dealerships that I would have given up buying if I hadn't *needed* a car, I was shocked at how easy it was. I would completely recommend Ettleson to anybody - especially Elizabeth (one of the other guys had a definite hawkish used-car salesman look to him). More

Could not find Ettleson Hyundai on this site so I'll post my comments here. Dominic was very straightforward and made buying a breeze. Absolutely no B.S. from or the dealer at all. My brother and I kept my comments here. Dominic was very straightforward and made buying a breeze. Absolutely no B.S. from or the dealer at all. My brother and I kept waiting for the scam but it never came. They ran the numbers and came out better than most of the others. I highly recommend working with Dominic (before he retires in a few months). I cannot comment on any of the other sales people. More
