Second bad experience while trying to purchase a vehicle. Recently went to look at a pre owned explorer. I was looking for an appraisal of my vehicle, The salesman took photos, we went of a test drive. When Recently went to look at a pre owned explorer. They then tried to offer a Carfax offer, when I showed them the offer which was more than what they showed. The manager whom I found out his name is Parker, responded with telling the salesperson" tell him have a great day" completely unprofessional, didn't even physically look at my vehicle, Didn't bother to speak to me before leaving. Once again, you can change the name of the dealership but, not the reputation or character of its employees. Worst Ford dealer around, and once again I went to another dealership rather than give Essential Ford my business. More
