Then get calls stating more info needed to get title completed. So after 4 weeks, paperwork still isn’t correct. I’ll give that half an oops. Vehicle wasn’t thoroughly detailed for delivery and oil was at 26% life quality when I received it. That’s a mistake. When I took truck in for the oil fix, it should have been a freebie, Not. Stay Away From Purchasing From This Dealer My wife and I drove 2 hours to this dealership for a test drive and ultimately decided to move forward with purchasing the vehicle we test drove. I sent them all of the information on my trade etc. to get the process started. To say that the communication afterwards was poor would be a compliment. I had to initiate all communication moving forward. After about a week it turns out they sold the car without even communicating with me. Can't say for sure if the fact that we qualified for a discounted price played a role in how they treated us put it felt like it. The communication pretty much stopped after we mentioned it. I called and spoke to Richard Kennedy who said he would call me back and he never did. I am pretty sure he knew when we spoke that the vehicle was sold. Please be aware of the reviews on the dealership. The negative ones are spot on. They seem to have had customer service issues in the past. It seems they are unresolved. More
Oil change I took my 2015 Escape in for a regular oil change on Saturday afternoon at 2:00. Dec 16, and was greeted by Kevin Thompson assistant service manager, I took my 2015 Escape in for a regular oil change on Saturday afternoon at 2:00. Dec 16, and was greeted by Kevin Thompson assistant service manager, Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Kevin kept me informed throughout my visit, in fact I asked if my tires needed rotated Kevin had already checked since I purchased the tires from Advantage Ford and it was time. I was out in 45 min.Kevin gave me great service. I am glad I leased my Escape from Advantage. More

Great fast service I am from out of town and wanted to make sure that my 2013 F-150 did not have an antifreeze leak before I headed back to Atlanta. Good Dealership...lacking in the follow up. I bought my car in 2013 along with the Gap insurance via them vs my insurance company. I traded my car in last month and immediately contacted Advanta I bought my car in 2013 along with the Gap insurance via them vs my insurance company. I traded my car in last month and immediately contacted Advantage to get the paperwork to cancel Gap and get my money refunded for the remainder. It took 3 days and 2 follow up calls to get Dave in Finance to send the paperwork that he was supposedly sending as soon as we hung up. 30 days later, and another call to Evans (who has also not returned my call going on 3 days now), GAP Administration has still not received my cancellation paperwork. They were very quick to sell it to me since there is money to be made by that, but not very quick to want to get me my money back. Working with them in the beginning was very easy and for that I will recommend them. I would caution that if you need anything after your sale, don't expect expedient service. More
