Comfortable Buying Experience When we began considering a new vehicle purchase at Advantage Ford, we were directed to Mr Jeff Kistler. Mr. Kistler was very helpful in assisting When we began considering a new vehicle purchase at Advantage Ford, we were directed to Mr Jeff Kistler. Mr. Kistler was very helpful in assisting us become familiar with the features of the 2018 F-150 and accompanied us on a test drive. We could not find a F-150 that satisfied us so with Mr. Kistler’s assistance we began looking at the new 2019 Expeditions. We did an online build and presented it to Mr. Kistler. After a very efficient, friendly and professional negotiation, we came to agreement on price. The promised time frame for delivery of 8-10 weeks was fulfilled, arriving 10 weeks after the purchase date. The car was presented to us in fine condition in an enclosed, interior air conditioned space which was appreciated. Mr. Kistler patiently and methodically reviewed all the features of the vehicle with us. It’s a beautiful vehicle. Overall, an excellent car buying experience. More

They had my VIN #. They didn't have my software. I made an appointment for a recall notice requiring a possible software upgrade to my 2013 Focus ST. All the information on my car is in the system so I made an appointment for a recall notice requiring a possible software upgrade to my 2013 Focus ST. All the information on my car is in the system so they should have known up front before confirming the appointment if they had the software required in house. After driving 30 plus miles for an 8:30 appointment I was told they "did not" have the software for the model ST and the would contact me when it became available and the schedule a new appointment. I definitely do not consider this an AWESOME experience. More
