Trusted service Wish Advantage was in NH to service my cars in the summer. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & engine air filter. David came back into the wai Wish Advantage was in NH to service my cars in the summer. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & engine air filter. David came back into the waiting area to tell me that a new air filter wasn't necessary & the one in the car had plenty of life left. WOW !!! More

Failure to be up to speed and fpcus on service. The "Works" coupon sent to me was ignored (39.95) in favor of the $45.00 one. I was supposed to get• Synthetic Blend Oil Change • Tire Rotation and The "Works" coupon sent to me was ignored (39.95) in favor of the $45.00 one. I was supposed to get• Synthetic Blend Oil Change • Tire Rotation and Pressure Check • Brake Inspection • Multi-Point Inspection • Fluid Top-Off • Battery Test • Filter Check • Belts and Hoses Check Compare that list to what they did. Also, rear light not noticed or replaced (Driver's side) The engine compartment was left full of leaves and twigs. Would have been easy to blow or vacuum it clean. Don't know how they inspected, etc without doing so. Lost Advantage Awards. Now it's a Ford program not dealer. Tough to find out when I wanted to use them. Air intake for cabin ventilation is blocked when this happens. Instead of trying to upsell me on 100,000 mile service before I need it, cleaning the car (I asked for a good wash that I'd pay for) would be welcome. Somehow "Service" is being lost. They turn off automatic lights (I get it when they service inside). Hate to find out I don't have headlights on a rainy night. It's happened twice. More
