Issue from last service remains (backup camera wire repair): SYNC software was chan Oil change for diesel F250 went fine. Service staff attentive. Issue from last service remains (backup camera wire repair): SYNC software was changed to V3.10. This update wiped out all saved map addresses and other user data. Media play via USB now is problematic where songs don’t advance and stop during play. I asked to have the software downgraded to the prior version but not possible. Backup camera still intermittent (gives see dealer warning). Vehicle has been in 4 times for camera issue. Will have to take another day from work to have it re-diagnosed. More

Great service Had an appointment at 2:30 on a Saturday. We were early, like an hour, they were able to take us right away and didn’t even wait an hour! They must only sell cars? Called 4 times left 4 messages, submitted my info online 4 days later no one has contacted me. The day after no phone calls I finally told them I needed an appointment to put tires on my truck they started setting up my appointment and realized I needed pricing before I made an appointment. IF I was not such a stickler about who service my vehicles I would never have returned. IF it happens again I will defiantly find somewhere else to take my vehicles! No body is returning calls or answering tire pricing questions. Your employees tell me they hear this all the time. I WAS IN SHOCK! More

Tire problem Came in with a foreign object in left front tire. Your employees wouldn’t touch it. Went to a tire dealer and the foreign object was removed. Wow what amazing service from the tire dealer! Too bad I had to make two stops to get such a small issue resolved. Your service department really needs to up their game. This will be my last visit to advantage ford. More
