Got the car back 2 days ago, broke down again today, They had my car 4 days. $2500 to fix it . Picked it up Monday (3 days ago). Tonight it died again! Same darn thing! Had to get a ride home, and will need the car towed in the morning back to Ford. What a rip off! So upset right now, and then I got this survey! Great timing Ford. The car isn’t even 5 years old yet. Don’t go to this dealership. Drive Somewhere else. Maybe you will get a fair shake there. I am so going off on their service dept. tomorrow. Actually looking forward to chewing someone out.
